บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้ศึกษาประเด็นแรงงานที่อภิปรายในที่ประชุมใหญ่แรงงานระหว่างประเทศ เน้นมาที่แนวทางการพัฒนาและนโยบายแรงงานของประเทศไทย การเสนอประเด็นสำคัญในบทความ ได้แก่ อันตรายทางชีวภาพในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน สิทธิพื้นฐานของการทำงาน และงานที่มีคุณค่าในเศรษฐกิจแห่งการดูแล ข้อเสนอแนะจึงให้ความสำคัญต่อส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะกระทรวงแรงงาน ควรพิจารณานโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ผ่านมา พร้อมกับทราบประเด็นร่วมสมัยและเข้าใจรอบด้านเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและการอภิบาลแรงงาน นอกจากนี้ หน่วยงานภาครัฐเหล่านั้นควรพิจารณาหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบเพื่อรองรับความท้าทายปัญหาใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

This article examines labor issues discussed at the International Labour Conference, focusing on the approaches and labor policies in Thailand. The article addresses key topics, including biological hazards in the work environment, fundamental rights at work, and decent work in the care economy. The recommendations emphasize the need for relevant agencies, particularly those associated with the Ministry of Labour, to reflect on previous policies and practices while being informed about contemporary issues and possessing a strong understanding of labor governance and policy. Furthermore, these agencies should review their duties and responsibilities to effectively address emerging challenges.
