บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศักยภาพสตรีและพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรี โดยวิธีการศึกษาแนวคิดการพัฒนาสตรี การศึกษาศักยภาพสตรี การดำเนินการพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรี และการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรี

          ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แนวทางการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรี ประกอบด้วย 1) การพัฒนากระบวนการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรี ได้แก่ การศึกษาศักยภาพสตรีโดยการศึกษาบริบทชุมชน ศักยภาพสตรี ปัญหาและความต้องการของสตรี การกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรีในด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง การพัฒนากลุ่มและการพัฒนาชุมชน การดำเนินการพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรีโดยการกำหนดเป้าหมายการพัฒนาสตรี การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของสตรีและการส่งเสริมสนับสนุนจากภาคีเครือข่าย และการสรุปบทเรียนเพื่อทบทวนข้อมูลรวมทั้งการเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรี 2) การพัฒนากลไกการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรี ได้แก่ การพัฒนาผู้นำสตรี การพัฒนากลุ่มสตรี และการพัฒนาเครือข่ายสตรี  3) การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพสตรีจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ ในด้านการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรม การส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชน และการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน

Abstract

The research study aims to study women potentials and develop a guideline to support and develop women potentials. The method is to study concepts of women potential, study women potential, conduct women potential development and development of guideline on women potential support and development.

          The study has found that guideline on women potential support and development consists of 1) development of the process on women potential support and development. This includes the study of women potential under the context of a community, women potential, women issues and demands, setting a guideline on women potential development on self-development, group development and community development, conducting women potential development by setting goals on women development, promoting women participation and support from network parties, and sum up the experience for reviewing data and proposing a guideline on women potential support and development; 2) development of women potential support and development mechanisms such as women leader development, women group development and women network development; 3) support and development of women potential from various sectors on innovation support, community enterprise support and community tourism support.
